Welcome to Elemental Cavaliers!

Being highly qualified, accredited, approved and recognised as going above & beyond expectations are elements that we pride ourselves on.

We never use kennels & instead have loads of love and attention in our home.

Our dogs are part of our family & so loved. They enjoy all the creature comforts of having lots of toys, puzzles, enrichment, nutritious food, sniffari walks, fun, training, and cuddles, living alongside us in our home. There is no expense spared.

We are passionate about what we do & so pleased you’re here.

We are fully licensed, vet approved and family breeders of Cavalier King Charles Spaniels puppies. We have achieved the higher standards for our puppy licence through rigorous testing, showing our level of competence & commitment to each & every gorgeous puppy. We do not use any kennels & instead have loads of love and attention in our home.

In 2025 we became the official home to a third of all of the UK’s Advanced Trick Dog Cavaliers. Currently there are only 6 Cavaliers in the UK that have been awarded their Trick Dog Advanced Award ever (over a course of many years). We have two of the six Cavaliers (1/3) with us at home (Quorra & Philippe).

We are very proud to be the home to such talented Cavaliers & a third of the UK’s Advanced Trick Dog Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.

We have been awarded 5 stars for our licence from our local council. We don’t legally need a licence since we have only limited puppy litters a year, but chose to become licensed years ago to show our level of professionalism and expertise. We feel that it gives future puppy parents an extra element of confidence about who we are, what we stand for, and how we treat our dogs and puppies in our care.

We were awarded Kennel Club Assured Breeder accreditation for Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies.

That meant that we, along with all KC Assured Breeders were inspected by The Kennel Club to see how we looked after our dogs & adhered to the requirements of their scheme, including health testing parent dogs. The scheme ended on 31st December 2024 so no-one can call themselves a KC Assured Breeder anymore since it no longer exists. To read more click here.

The puppies really are special when they arrive & are given so much care & love to grow. They’re born & develop in our home, hearing and using their incredible sense of smell to learn about the world around them. We have a bespoke, holistic, specialised and very comprehensive socialisation & training programme for the puppies to learn, explore and reach the best of their abilities.

Our dogs are part of our family & so loved. They enjoy all the creature comforts of having lots of toys, puzzles, enrichment, nutritious food, living alongside us in our home. There is no expense spared. We raise our puppies in our living rooms and they are given round-the-clock care, nurtured to reach their potential, and assistance to help them learn about the world around them. As they grow and develop into adulthood they in turn occupy a special place in our hearts.

Our puppy and companion dog breed training bundles are ideal if you’re wishing for a personalised and bespoke approach which is fun, supportive and completely tailored to you and your puppy. You can learn at your own pace, and because everything is completely bespoke to your needs and requirements, it allows you to have the opportunity to learn more at a faster speed than within any class environment.

We only use friendly and health-tested parent dogs to give the puppies the best start in life.

Elemental Cavaliers adhere to The Kennel Club standards of testing & use their test schemes.

We take much consideration about finding suitable matches for parent dogs.

We are based in the heart of England, in the West Midlands, UK.

Directions are given to our puppy families.

We offer to all our puppy families weekly visits ~ for bonding with their puppy & learning. This is in addition to our daily photo & video updates and also on top of weekly emails both when puppy is still here with us & for a while once puppy comes home with you.

Our tailored approach stems from our passion to strengthen & enhance the breeds. This is blended with our knowledge gained from generations of hand-rearing pups, and gaining many canine qualifications. We are a small size and have limited litters ~ focusing on well-being, & providing the best quality care.

We are highly qualified in canine behaviour, training, nutrition, welfare and care. We have a family heritage of working with animals. All puppies & people are in good hands – or should we say paws?

Our puppies benefit from being raised in our living rooms right alongside us. They smell everyday cooking, hear everyday noises and experience life within a multi-dog household. (These are naturally all good things to help them grow into balanced dogs later in life).

We advocate for tiny neonate puppies to experience Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), Early Scent Introduction (ESI) and Sound Training. This takes place from when they’re just three days old. Read more about why in our puppy blog by clicking here

We work on the beginnings of toilet training with all our puppies, some basic commands, understanding of their names and so much more. Our puppies benefit from tailored activities and our own in-house bespoke and very comprehensive socialisation and habituation programme The Elemental Way.

We are firm believers in keeping up-to-date with new advances in animal behaviour and training. We wish nothing more than giving each and every puppy & family that we work with the very best we can. It feels as though I am always writing assignments for a new course, or programme of learning to advance my knowledge or training our dogs to keep them happy, and keep their minds and bodies active and healthy. We strive for nothing short of excellence.

Our puppies stay with us for over 8 weeks. Legally they need to be with their Mum & littermates until they’re at least eight weeks old. Our puppies usually leave us and go their forever homes at 8 1/2 weeks to 9 weeks old. It depends on which day they were born & how the litter is developing as a whole ~ so things alter slightly sometimes from litter to litter. We really do mean it when we say that we truly care and are devoted to each and every puppy’s development and upbringing.

We have limited puppy litters a year purely and simply because we strive to keep things harmonious and balanced. This way we can give much time to each puppy and every family. We have never wanted to become the biggest breeder. In fact we consider ourselves to be nurturers instead. Understandably, we are choosy when it comes to where our puppies will eventually call home and who their family will be.
