- Why Join Our Waiting List: Joining our waiting list benefits potential future puppy owners since we contact them first before the allocation and reservation process of puppies starts
- Contact us: (either by using the contact form on the ‘Contact’ page or by emailing us at: [email protected]) telling us that you are interested in joining the waiting list & which breed you would like and/or which litter you are interested in. Please remember to let us have your name, email address & your telephone number
- Phone Call Puppy Application: Having received your contact information, we will telephone you to talk about your requirements, ask some questions, and answer your questions. We will be able to talk about how the puppies are raised and nurtured, our socialisation programme, health tests, and our qualifications. This phone call may take place over Zoom instead or as well as a phone call depending the needs at the time
- We will not request any payment to be added to our waiting list of potential future puppy owners. Note: by joining our waiting list does not guarantee a puppy within a specific litter etc since being a natural process we cannot guarantee the numbers of puppies born in any given litter
How to Reserve Your Elemental Puppy
- At Correct Puppy Development Time: We will wait until we are happy that the puppies are developing correctly before allowing any reservations to take place
- Contact Potential Future Puppy Owners From Our Waiting List: Using our waiting list for the particular litter, potential future puppy owners will be contacted first with the super news; they will be given the chance to choose which puppy in particular they would like and our bank account details in order to make a BACs online bank transfer payment to secure their puppy. Then we will update our website & Instagram with the news that we are able to accept a reservation for each of the puppies
- Puppy Reservation Fee: A non-refundable reservation fee of 10% of the total cost needs to be received by us to confirm reservation of a puppy
- Confirmation of Reservation: Puppy reservation confirmations are via email (along with a receipt of the amount paid)
- To make a reservation payment: Reservations are made through BACs online bank transfer and are only reserved once payment is received and confirmed by us (unfortunately there are only limited numbers of puppies)
- This payment is for reserving a puppy only: Until the full balance has been paid, the ownership of all the puppies is ours and we consider them our babies until that point. When the full balance is paid, at that point then they become your baby puppy
- Regular Updates, Photos and Videos: People who have successfully reserved puppies will receive regular updates through images and short videos to see the puppies developing, socialising, and learning about the world around them
Making Payments
- All payments are made through BACs online bank transfer
- Our bank details will be given to all those on waiting lists and again at the time to those people wishing to reserve puppies
- At present we do not charge to join our waiting list
- To secure your puppy: 10% of the total charge is payable – this is non-refundable
- Once the puppy contract has been signed (and before collection of puppy) the balance for the total cost must be paid. You will be made aware of the payment date for your puppy litter and in contact with us through the entire process
- All transactions will receive emailed receipts for your records
