Our Friendly Dogs

Our beautiful dogs have wonderful temperaments, are registered with The Kennel Club pedigree Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, and descend from parents that were health tested. They are sweet, friendly, funny, talented, eager to learn and love new friends. They enjoy walks as much as cuddling on the sofa & having human company.

They live with us in our home, are lovely to live with & are a cherished part of our family.

Quorra

alt=””

Quorra is such a good girl & clever. She’s sensitive to how people are feeling – and – she always tries to make everyone happy. She is intelligent and it seems like she’s decided she would love to become a chef ‘when she grows up’! (She really loves food)! She is a registered pedigree by The Kennel Club Cavalier King Charles Spaniel & has clear health tests as listed below. She has been awarded Novice, Intermediate and Advanced Certifications in trick training. She is one of only 5 Cavaliers in the UK to have achieved the Advanced award ever!!

Quorra stays nearby and likes to help with whatever we’re doing if she can. She has amazing recall and is excellent off-lead. She loves to cuddle on the sofa, being a little girl, learning new things, canine hoopers (for fun), and intently observing & listening. Quorra also enjoys playing fetch, intricate puzzles and food.

It’s a joy to see her delicately following bees and butterflies; she enjoys looking at them and tries to follow where they go. Another hobby of hers is playing with ice cubes on hard floors before enjoying as a crunchy ice treat. Quorra is such a gentle soul and her coat glistens in the sun.

Philippe

Philippe is a practical joker. He loves meeting new people and dogs. He enjoys getting lots of attention and joking around. He is funny & makes everyone laugh, which he loves. He has a favourite ball which he plays with outside usually (shhhhh – it’s actually ball number 4 of the same type but he hasn’t realised yet). He is a registered pedigree by The Kennel Club Cavalier King Charles Spaniel & has clear health tests as listed below.

Phil (as he’s called usually) is brilliant at being methodical and likes to take his time with anything and everything. He is great at having a go at tricks & has achieved trick training novice. He is learning how to be a therapy dog (in order to go & be with elderly people in local old people’s homes). Phil loves belly rubs, and enjoys watching horses and motorbikes, both out & about and also on the television.

Stunning dog Phil looks directly i the camera whilst he has cardboard in front of him which we can only see a little becaseu the rest was not in the photograph shot

Health Tests

Different dog breeds are more prone to potentially developing certain conditions. Cavaliers have longer muzzles than the King Charles Spaniel breed, which is good. Both of our dogs are Hereditary clear for Dry Eye, Curly Coat, and Episodic Falling Syndrome. A specialist veterinary cardiologist tests dogs with specialist extremely sensitive heart equipment, which shows if dogs have any issues or murmurs and grades their severity. My dogs have their eyes tested every year for the BVA/KC/ISDS eye examination, and they both have no issues with their eyes.

Examination reports will be shown to puppy parents & relevant copies included within puppy packs.

Our Younger Girls

Our younger girls will be able to become Mums themselves once their bodies (& minds) are fully developed and they have attained their health test certifications. They are absolutely adorable to live with, and having the fun of puppies multiplied by two!

Jessica is Quorra’s little girl & following her dog Mum is showing signs of being rather intelligent. She too is very perceptive & looks like a miniature version of Quorra, being a Ruby Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, like Quorra. Jessica is from health-tested parents & is Hereditary clear for Dry Eye, Curly Coat, and Episodic Falling Syndrome.

Jessica is called ‘Jess’ for short & totally adores playing; she’s happy playing with her dog family, with us humans or even on her own. Right from being an extremely young puppy she was always totally comfortable with company or on her own – so long as she can play. Noisy toys, puzzles, fetch, bouncing balls, tug – she’s not fussy! She also is quick to pick things up like her Mum. Jess is our only dog with a theme tune, which she loves!

Anastasia, called often ‘Ana’ for short is a cuddly soul. She is my gardening buddy and lies next to me as I am weeding and ‘helps’ by investigating what I have dug up! She is really cute & her personality is such that you can’t help but pick her up (too much of the time).. Ana is a Black & Tan Cavalier King Charles Spaniel from health-tested parents & is Hereditary clear for Dry Eye, Curly Coat and Episodic Falling Syndrome.

Ana’s favourite thing in the entire world (aside from fuss) is her food. She’s properly food driven in the best sense, which is super in terms of training. She enjoys snuffle mats and puzzles, eating from bowls and just enjoys whichever method her food is presented. Ana is Jessica’s best friend & the two are growing up beautifully together.

Ana loves to eat strong flavours – so things like pineapple, marmite and anything tart or strong tasting. It’s always interesting seeing her discover a new flavour. Ana is Jessica’s best friend & the two are growing up beautifully together.

Stud Dogs

We only choose stud dogs with appropriate health test certificates relating to their breed. So, for example, Poodles are more prone to different conditions (for Cavapoo puppies) than Bichon Frises (for Cavachon puppies), or Cavalier King Charles Spaniels (for Cavalier King Charles pups).
